
Hi I'm Octavio and I'm from Colombia. At a very young age I noticed my passion for sports and motivating people to move their body by doing sports. I have been doing many different sports ever since, from gymnastics and weight training to cycling and skating and pretty much everything in between. A couple of years ago I became interested in functional fitness and not long after I started coaching at 5 Triple 9.
I find functional fitness an exciting sport because it makes you stronger and increases your mobility by doing exercises that can benefit you in everyday life. I enjoy seeing our athletes becoming stronger, fitter and healthier every day.
