He was drawn to the convenience of not having to devise his own workouts; all he had to do was follow along. However, his motivation quickly evolved to encompass a broader goal of staying active and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
As Hayworth immersed himself in the sport, his passion grew exponentially. He found immense inspiration and motivation in witnessing the transformative journeys of fellow athletes. The sheer joy on the faces of adults achieving milestones like their first pull-up or Bar Muscle Up is what fuels his dedication.
Hayworth lives by the motto of consistency, firmly believing that discipline can make anything possible. As a coach, he strives to lend a helping hand to every athlete, empowering them to reach their goals.
He sees himself as a catalyst, guiding and supporting individuals on their path to success.
