Legends 55+ is our functional fitness program thoughtfully structured for adults aged 55 and up. Built on the same proven principles as our core Functional Fitness program, it’s designed with age-appropriate progressions that prioritize safety, strength, and independence.

Every session includes a dedicated strength component because maintaining and building muscle is key to living well at any age. Alongside that, you’ll work through functional movements, mobility work, and balance training to keep your body capable and confident in daily life.

Beyond the physical benefits, Legends is about empowerment and connection. You’ll train in a welcoming environment with like-minded individuals who value health, movement, and community. Our expert coaches guide you every step of the way so you can keep moving well, stay strong, and enjoy the life you’ve worked hard for.
