STEP 1: GET IN CONACT
Welcome to 5 Triple 9 and congratulations! You have decided to get into the best shape of your life. Now it’s time to fill out the contact form below, so one of our Professional Coaches can contact you to discuss your goals and what you are looking for from your fitness program.
We will briefly go over the program to make sure that what we offer fits your needs. We want to know more about you, why you want to get fit and where we fit into the picture. We want to know what we can do to hold you accountable and how we can develop a plan of action to ensure you reach your goals, and stay fit for good this time! During this conversation, you and your coach will decide whether to set up an appointment for a Free Intake.
STEP 2: THE INTAKE
During your Intake, you will meet your mentor coach and they will discuss your fitness history and current goals. Then they will explain our fitness program philosophy, methodology, and our application of Functional Fitness. You should plan for this initial consultation to take 45-60 minutes and when you are finished you will understand how our program will work for you and get you fit for life. While at our facility you will likely meet other members and coaches. This is our family and you will have the opportunity to see how welcoming it is. If it’s a good fit, you and your coach will schedule your Fitness Assessment.
STEP 3: FITNESS ASSESSMENT
Your Fitness Assessment will be 3 personal training sessions of 60 minutes with your mentor coach designed to assess your fitness in the following areas: Flexibility, Endurance, Coordination, and Strength. Your Fitness Assessment will help you and your coach choose the most suitable path forward in our Fundamentals Program and our other Programs.
STEP 4: FUNDAMENTALS
The Fundamentals build on the Fitness Assessment and this is where we continue teaching you proper technique in a variety of movements including Weightlifting, Rowing, Gymnastics, Kettlebells and so on. We also help to understand how to approach the training in order to achieve your fitness goals.
STEP 5: HYBRID MEMBERSHIPS
Once you have demonstrated competency in the functional movements and you have met our graduation benchmarks, you then may move on to one of our Hybrid Memberships. In our group classes the focus will be on training to the margins and increasing your work capacity. Depending on the program, the pace will be faster but you will be prepared after completing your Fundamentals Program. In your class you will be surrounded by like-minded individuals that are seeking the most effective training method in the world. Our Coaches are professional and friendly and they will lead you to a level of fitness greater than you can imagine! As you progress, your goals will change and other challenges arise. All of our memberships include regular, on-going assessments and personal training sessions with your mentor coach. You will do a minimum of 1 1-on-1 session every 3 months, and as often as 1 1-on-1 session every week with your mentor coach. You and your coach will continue to navigate the waters as life comes at you.
Hybrid Functional Fitness
Our flagship Functional Fitness program, the embodiment of varied and effective workouts. This high-intensity program seamlessly integrates weightlifting, cardio, gymnastics, and functional movements to elevate your overall physical fitness and performance.
Our focus is to elevate the10 general physical skills: endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy. What makes us unique is not just the well designed professional programming, but the ability to coach the various fitness levels training together in our group classes. This program offers a dynamic and inclusive approach to improving fitness and overall health.
Hybrid Bunz & Gunz
Welcome to our Bunz & Gunz Only Program! Where strength meets simplicity for a powerful and engaging fitness experience. This program is tailored to deliver results with a focus on strength training in every session, minus the complexities of technical weightlifting and gymnastics movements.
Get ready for a workout that hones in on building your buns and gunz, sculpting and strengthening key muscle groups without the fuss. Our sessions are designed to be less technical but equally invigorating, ensuring a dynamic and effective fitness routine.
Hybrid Legends (55+)
Welcome to our Legends Program! Where age is just a number, and vitality knows no bounds. Specifically crafted for our amazing 55+ community, this 45-minute class is your passport to building strength, maintaining functionality, and embracing a vibrant lifestyle.

The program is thoughtfully designed to enhance the ten general physical skills, ensuring a well-rounded approach to fitness. Whether you’re looking to build muscle, boost endurance, or simply stay functional in your daily life, our Legends Program is tailored just for you.
Our Teens Performance Program, the ultimate blend of fun, safety, and performance for teens aged 13-19. Designed as a perfect complement to other sports, this program focuses on teaching the fundamentals in an engaging and dynamic way.
In our Teens Performance Program, we go beyond the basics, fostering a passion for fitness that extends far beyond the gym. Our structured and enjoyable sessions provide a solid foundation for teens, imparting essential skills in a safe environment.
